Heath Turner has been in the construction business since 1997, providing his clients an expertise above all else. Heath is a Registered Sanitarian which provides him the authority by TDLR to design septic systems. Heath visits the site and performs a soil evaluation and site inspection that allows him to create a design best fit for the property and the client.
